About Evan

Evan Sinclair studied law at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, earning both Canadian and American law degrees. His interest in criminal law developed during a semester as a student attorney at the Detroit Mercy Criminal Legal Clinic. He has continued to focus on assisting people facing criminal charges, first as an articling student and now as an associate lawyer with Mass Tsang LLP. Evan works to achieve favourable outcomes for his clients, whether through negotiations with the Crown or by taking matters to trial.
