About Hayley

Hayley was called to the bar in 2016 after articling for Niman Gelgoot & Associates, where she then joined as an associate. Her practice covers family law exclusively, including complex income disputes, division of property, support and custody matters. She has substantial litigation and trial experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has worked on matters before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, often serving as second chair to Harold Niman on trials and arbitrations. Hayley studied law at the University of Ottawa and earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University beforehand. She is a lifelong equestrian.
