About Yashika

Yashika Dhall is an associate lawyer who practises family law exclusively, drawn to the area by her interest in helping parents, spouses, and children through difficult transitions. She completed a JD at Queen's Law School after earning a Bachelor of Social Science in Political Science and History and a Master of Arts in History, both from the University of Ottawa. Before joining Benmor Family Law Group, Yashika spent time at the Family Responsibility Office learning about Ontario's support order enforcement process, then articled at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee before moving into private matrimonial law practice. She carries a heavy caseload, appearing for clients in courts at different levels and drafting the pleadings, motions, and settlement documents their files require. She speaks conversational Hindi and Urdu.
