About Guntash
Guntash Gill is a partner at Tidal Law practising exclusively in divorce and family law. Born and raised in Edmonton, she advises clients across Alberta on contested and uncontested divorce, high-conflict separations, parenting and decision-making disputes, child and spousal support, property division and domestic agreements. She represents clients through negotiation, mediation and litigation, and has appeared before the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Justice, the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Alberta Court of Appeal. Guntash earned her law degree from the University of Leicester with Upper Class Honours and holds a Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. She began her career at a full-service firm in Edmonton before developing her family law practice in Sherwood Park, and joined Tidal Law in April 2026.
