About Veronica

Veronica Armstrong is the founder and CEO of Veronica Armstrong Law Corporation. She has practised securities law in Canada for nearly 20 years and previously worked as a corporate and international finance lawyer leading an international legal team at Nedbank, a major South African bank. She now also practises corporate law and personal planning, and advises investment firms on securities and anti-money laundering compliance, including drafting their policies and procedures and training staff. She is a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch School of Business in South Africa. In 2013 she was named Toastmaster of the Year by the BC Toastmasters District, and she received a community service award from the Chinese Association in South Africa for founding the Hong Ning Chinese seniors' care facility there in 1980.
