About Harsh

Harsh Kang is an associate in Boughton Law's litigation group, focusing on estate litigation, regulatory matters, and commercial and civil litigation, including conflicts arising in estate administration and general civil claims. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and works with senior counsel on complex files. She joined Boughton Law as a summer student in 2022, completed her articles in 2024, and worked with the TRU Community Legal Clinic during law school. She is fluent in Punjabi.
