Family LawFamily & Divorce Lawyer at Galbraith Family Law
Family LawHarrison Notkin earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and then completed his Canadian accreditation at the University of Toronto. While working through his equivalencies, he began as a law student at a criminal law practice, and two days into his articles found himself appearing alone before a judge, an experience that cemented his commitment to advocacy. Called to the Ontario bar in 2015, Harrison practised criminal law before being introduced to family law, real estate, and wills and estates, ultimately choosing to focus on family law exclusively. He generally prefers reaching settlements outside of court but is known for strong courtroom performance when a case does proceed to trial. Harrison was previously a member of the Chartered Institute of Journalists while studying in Scotland.
