Harper's practice covers corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, financing, insolvency and restructuring, and corporate governance. He has assisted vendors and purchasers with share acquisitions, lenders and borrowers with secured debt financing, and creditors and trustees with bankruptcy and CCAA proceedings. Harper holds a JD from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law.
