About Jeff

Jeff Mitchell spent years building a personal injury law practice in Atlantic Canada, where he managed cases, staff, and the growth of the firm. He later applied that experience to start Freedom Disability Lawyers, choosing to concentrate the practice on a single area: disability law. Jeff has seen firsthand how insurance companies look for ways to deny compensation to people who are entitled to it, and he believes a lawyer has to keep evolving to stay ahead of those tactics. He runs his firm with that philosophy, working to solve problems for disabled clients before they arise.
