About Harman
Harman Bath is an associate focused on banking and financial services, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial leasing. He leads a diversified lending practice covering deals from small business to corporate finance, assisting financial institutions and private lenders with structuring and securitizing loans, and advises on real estate, share purchase and asset purchase transactions. He graduated with distinction from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, where he competed in the McCarthy Cup and Harold G. Fox moots and was named a Lincoln Scholar for his work in Indigenous and Aboriginal law. Before law school he studied business and economics at McMaster University, graduating with honours. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2023 and co-founded Karepackage, a non-profit addressing homelessness.
