About G.

Joseph is the managing partner, practicing exclusively in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. His personal injury work centers on clients with spinal cord, neurological, traumatic brain, or other orthopedic injuries, while his medical malpractice cases focus on obstetrics, neurology, orthopedics, and cardiology. He has extensive trial, arbitration, and appellate experience and has lectured on insurance law. He is a former director of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and has advised the British Columbia government on insurance reform. Joseph has served on the boards of the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation, the Humber River Hospital Foundation as vice-chair, and the Diabetes Hope Foundation. He earned his BA in Political Economy from the University of Toronto in 1983, a master's in public administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1985, and his LLB from the University of Windsor in 1989, before being called to the Ontario bar in 1991.
