About Hans
Hans Gustavson is a solicitor with a primary focus on real estate, development, and corporate commercial matters, including property development, leasing, acquisitions, sales, financing, and zoning advice, along with corporate matters such as incorporations and purchase agreements. Before law he worked in banking, wealth management, foreign exchange, and property management. During law school he served as a research assistant and was president of his law school's hockey team. He holds a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University and a B.Com. from the University of Victoria, and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2020.
