About Gregory

Gregory Tucker is a commercial litigator specializing in insurance coverage disputes across multiple policy types, along with energy-related litigation and maritime claims. Tucker serves as an arbitrator and appraiser in insurance disputes and also handles judicial reviews and First Nations consultation matters. Tucker clerked at the BC Court of Appeal from 1990 to 1991, joined Owen Bird in 1991, became a shareholder in 1997, and was appointed King's Counsel in 2015, appearing in appellate cases including matters before the Supreme Court of Canada.
