About Shaun
Shaun Driver is a litigator practising in all areas of commercial litigation, focusing on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and securities law, with additional experience in estate litigation, strata disputes and matters involving non-profit societies. Since joining Boughton Law in 2017 he has appeared numerous times in the Provincial Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of British Columbia, as well as before the Residential Tenancy Board and Civil Resolution Tribunal. Before Boughton Law he practised insurance defence litigation in Kamloops. He has been involved with the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University as a lecturer and moot judge, and was elected to city council in Williams Lake, BC before law school.
