About Greg

Greg Porter is a commercial lawyer whose career has centred on the telecommunications sector. His background combines in-house legal work with roles in business and procurement leadership, giving him practical insight across several industries. Greg reviews, drafts and negotiates a broad range of commercial agreements, covering purchase and sale of goods and services, software licensing, sales and marketing arrangements, consulting and employment matters, and confidentiality agreements. He also advises clients on regulatory issues touching advertising, competition and marketing strategy.
