About Greg
Greg MacLean is counsel in McInnes Cooper's Moncton office, with a practice focused on banking and financial services, corporate, commercial, contract, real estate, and general business law, as well as wills, estates and trusts. He serves clients ranging from large multi-nationals, financial institutions, and crown corporations to small and medium sized businesses and individuals, drawing on past experience as a partner at full service law firms, running his own boutique business law practice, and serving as in-house counsel for a manufacturer. Greg has appeared before all levels of court in New Brunswick, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, the Federal Court, and various provincial tribunals, and previously chaired the Mental Health Tribunal of New Brunswick and served as an adjudicator of the Small Claims Court of New Brunswick. He is past chair of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce and former president of the board for Laubach Literacy New Brunswick. He earned his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1995 and a B.A. from Dalhousie University in 1991, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 1997.
