About Brent
Brent Lokash was called to the bar of British Columbia in 1995 and practised municipal and administrative law with Jonathan Baker & Associates until 2005. From 2005 to 2016 he worked as a sole practitioner, focusing on public company and financing transactions and gaining experience in mergers, acquisitions and general business matters across sectors including resources, beverages and funeral services. He was also a founder, director and executive of Jemi Fibre Corp., a publicly traded timberland company that was sold to CanWel Building Materials Group in 2016. Lokash has been part of the Vancouver and Whistler community since 1990 and volunteers with the Whistler Mountain Ski Patrol.
