Grant Zimmerman is a British Columbia corporate and commercial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience advising clients on business, real estate, and wills and estates matters. He has guided clients through multi-party transactions and advised on corporate governance, contract drafting, dispute resolution, and business succession planning, for clients ranging from entrepreneurs to First Nations and not-for-profit organizations. He articled in Prince George with Wilson, King & Co., joined Heather, Sadler, Jenkins (now HSJ Lawyers LLP) in 2000, and became a partner there in 2003.
