About Graeme
Graeme Dibden is a criminal defence lawyer at the CC Law Office who grew up in Edmonton. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in philosophy and political studies from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, and earned his LLB with Distinction from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, where he contributed to the Aberdeen Law Project's pro bono housing law research and advocacy. Graeme was called to the Alberta Bar after completing his articles at Axon Law in Edmonton, where he focused on criminal defence litigation, and now regularly appears in Alberta Court of Justice locations across Northern and Central Alberta. He takes a strategic, results-driven approach to his cases and is committed to the presumption of innocence, working to keep clients informed and supported through the criminal justice process. Outside of law, Graeme was an active member of the Edmonton Rugby Union as a player and coach, playing and coaching in Argentina, Hong Kong and New Zealand, and now enjoys golf and gardening.
