About Kenneth

Kenneth Slupek was called to the bar in Alberta in 1990 after graduating from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 1989. He maintains a general civil litigation practice including personal injury claims, debt collection, wrongful dismissal, and construction law, and is also an experienced family law lawyer focusing on divorce, matrimonial and common-law property, custody, access, and child and spousal support. He has represented clients at all levels of court in Alberta and has participated in arbitration, mediation, and Judicial Dispute Resolution.
