About George

George Cadman is a litigator with over 40 years' experience before all levels of the Canadian courts and various administrative tribunals, providing strategic advice on corporate/commercial, securities and real estate disputes. He provides governance and risk management leadership as general counsel to several family-owned enterprises and community associations, and his practice incorporates mediation and arbitration. He was appointed King's Counsel in 1990 and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada since 2022 for Administrative and Public Law. He has chaired Meritas Law Firms Worldwide (2001-05) and served on the board of the Vancouver Board of Trade and the Vancouver Airport Authority. He practises through a personal law corporation.
