About Alexia

Alexia Magneron is an associate in Osler's Technology Group in Montréal. She helps technology companies and start-ups shape contract strategy and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, including outsourcing and software licensing deals. Alexia also advises on data governance issues tied to artificial intelligence and holds an AI governance certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. She gained earlier professional experience in France and Singapore. Alexia studied both civil law and common law at McGill University and holds graduate degrees in business law and management from institutions in Lyon, France.
