About Geoff
Geoff Janoscik is a partner at Dale & Lessmann LLP, a member of the Advocacy & Dispute Resolution Group, and founder of the firm's Expropriation practice. Acting as general counsel to many clients, he has litigated a wide array of business disputes including shareholder conflicts, contractual claims, franchise matters, product liability, occupiers' and professional liability, real estate and election law. He frequently represents property owners facing expropriation, working alongside valuation experts to secure fair compensation from government authorities, and he is preferred counsel to the Lawyers' Professional Indemnity Company. Geoff completed the Osgoode Certificate in Blockchain Law in 2022 and previously won the Ontario Progressive Conservative nomination for Mississauga South in the 2011 provincial election.
