About Genesis

Genesis R. Diaz earned her law degree with distinction from the University of Ottawa and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2019. She completed her articling at the Direction des poursuites pénales et criminelles of the Montreal municipal court. After practising criminal law at legal-aid offices in northern Quebec and Montreal's South Shore, she joined RBD Avocats in February 2021. She focuses her practice on criminal law and police ethics.
