About Simon

Simon Lin is the founder of Evolink Law Group. He graduated from the University of British Columbia and began his legal career at a national intellectual property law boutique before joining a full-service firm. Believing legal pricing lacked transparency, he founded Evolink Law to offer more accessible, predictable, and affordable services, and built booking, messaging, and e-consultation tools into his practice. He advises on intellectual property, technology, and internet law matters, and leads national class actions and litigation work.
