About Gary

Gary Yaffe practises commercial real estate law focused on complex loan and real estate transactions, including secured financing and acquisitions of commercial, industrial, hospitality and residential properties. Yaffe has represented financial institutions, private lenders, government agencies and property owners on apartment, hotel and care facility matters, and has written and taught continuing legal education courses on commercial lending and real estate law.
