Administrative & Regulatory LawGarth joined McTague Law Firm in 2007 and practices in the employment and labour law department, primarily advising employers on their obligations under provincial and federal labour and employment legislation, including the Employment Standards Act, the Canada Labour Code, and the Human Rights Code. He also represents employers in labour arbitrations, human rights matters, and wrongful dismissal disputes, and has done considerable research on municipal and privacy law issues. He earned a BASc in industrial and manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Windsor in 2002 and his LL.B. there in 2006, and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2007. He holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
