Garnik Martirosov is an associate lawyer who holds licences to practise in Canada and Australia. He earned his JD at Bond University in Queensland, articling with Virgin Australia Airlines and the International Aerospace Law & Policy Group. His career began in Brisbane, where he appeared before courts and tribunals ranging up to the Federal Court of Australia, gaining broad experience across corporate, commercial, employment, estates and litigation work. Since returning to Canada, he has focused on corporate and commercial law, employment disputes, civil litigation, and First Nations and Indigenous law. Garnik is fluent in Armenian and Russian and maintains a lifelong interest in martial arts.
