About Francine

Francine Scott was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1981 after completing her law degree at the Université de Montréal. She is a member of the Barreau du Québec's Montreal and Longueuil sections, the Quebec family law lawyers' association, and the U.S.-based Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Her practice focuses on divorce, separation and succession matters, and she appears before all levels of court in Quebec.
