About Graeme
Graeme McFarlane is a founding partner of Roper Greyell and a member of its management committee, providing strategic advice to employers on labour, employment, and human rights issues, including executive compensation, restrictive covenants, and non-competition clauses. Before becoming a lawyer he worked as a labour relations expert for several national companies, and he has acted as lead counsel on a number of leading decisions, including one involving vaccine mandates. He has appeared before courts of all jurisdictions in British Columbia, the Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, and the Employment Standards Tribunal. He holds a B.Comm and an LLB, both from UBC, and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1999 and Alberta in 2020.
