About Florence
Florence Sauve is a partner in the Toronto office of Thorsteinssons LLP, focusing on taxpayer representation. She helps clients manage and resolve tax audit and appeal disputes, negotiates settlements with federal and provincial tax authorities, and represents clients before the courts on a range of international and domestic tax issues. Before joining the firm she clerked at the Tax Court of Canada, and she now lectures and writes regularly on tax topics. Florence holds degrees from the University of Ottawa along with an LL.M. in International Taxation from New York University, where she was a Hauser Global Scholar and Fulbright Scholar. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Law Society of British Columbia, and the New York State Bar, and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
