About Fernanda
Fernanda Batista began her legal career at a boutique Vancouver general practice firm before spending 21 years at ICBC Litigation practising insurance and personal injury defence, including managing a team of lawyers and support staff. In 2015 she moved to the plaintiff side at Cowley & Company before joining DuMoulin Boskovich in July 2019. Fernanda was called to the Law Society of BC in 1990, holds a law degree and undergraduate degree (double major) from UBC, and served as President of the New Westminster Bar Association in 2002.
