About Fauza
Fauza Mohamed is a negotiator and litigator who has appeared in the Provincial Court and Court of King's Bench on spousal support, child support, property division, parenting time, custody, and guardianship matters. Born and raised in Edmonton, she graduated from the Master of Social Work program at Carleton University and worked at the Somerset West Community Health Centre in Ottawa before pursuing law. Mohamed graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta in 2014, was awarded the Borden Ladner Gervais Research Fellowship, placed third nationally in the Wilson Moot competition, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2015. She sits on the executive of the family law section of the Canadian Bar Association and volunteers coaching the Law Day high school mock trial tournament.
