About Farhan

Farhan Raouf is a partner at MacGillivray Law, based in the firm's Halifax office. He completed his law degree in Pakistan before earning a Master of Laws at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University under the Schulich Scholarship. He joined MacGillivray Law as a research analyst and completed his articles under Jamie MacGillivray's supervision. Raouf's practice focuses on helping people injured in accidents and those denied insurance benefits, with a particular interest in assisting immigrants seeking equal access to justice. He was called to the bar in Nova Scotia in 2017, having previously been called to the bar in Punjab, Pakistan in 2011. Raouf speaks English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, and he is a member of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association, the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, and the Canadian Bar Association.
