About Faizal
Faizal Nuraney is a business lawyer born and raised in Vancouver, with a practice covering commercial transactions, real estate law, corporate matters, and financing. He acts for clients ranging from small retailers and e-commerce businesses to large businesses and real estate developers, including real estate developments, disclosure statements, financing and refinancing, and incorporations and corporate reorganizations. Faizal attended the University of Western Ontario, earning an Honours Specialization in Political Science, then earned his Juris Doctor at Dalhousie University and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2013. On June 1, 2020, he and his wife Qainoor opened Logica Law, named as an homage to his late father's consulting firm, Logica Consulting Services Ltd.
