About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Lotfali is an associate at Roper Greyell practising in all areas of workplace law, with a particular interest in workplace investigations, human rights, and civil litigation. Her work at the firm began as a summer student, and she later completed her articles there; she has drafted submissions for the BC Supreme Court and administrative tribunals. During law school she served as Program Coordinator for the Ticket Defense Program, offering legal assistance to unhoused individuals, and worked as a research assistant on international commercial arbitration. She holds a BA from York University and a JD from the University of Ottawa, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2024.
