About Anthony

Anthony Li-Lam helps clients with commercial transactions, commercial leasing, corporate matters, and wills and estates. Before joining Logica Law, he was an associate lawyer at Aydin Bird, Business Lawyers until its closure in May 2019, and continued his practice at Bell Alliance LLP until December 2020. His work includes drafting and reviewing commercial leases, shareholder agreements, and purchase agreements, incorporating and restructuring BC corporations, drafting trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements, and probate and estate administration applications. Anthony completed his J.D. at Thompson Rivers University in 2015, receiving the TRU Norma Quinn Scholarship for Real Estate Transactions, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2016.
