About Evan
Evan Linn is an associate at Lenczner Slaght whose advocacy work covers commercial disputes, construction issues, and professional liability cases. He summered and articled at the firm before being called to the Ontario bar in 2023. Evan earned his JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2022, where he won prizes in administrative law, constitutional law, and legal theory, and took part in a legal clinic run by the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights. Before law school, he worked as an administrative assistant at a global law firm and completed a BA in philosophy at Yale University in 2018, graduating magna cum laude and with distinction. He approaches each file by building a case strategy and turning research into courtroom argument.
