About Evgeniy
Evgeniy Osipov is the principal lawyer and founder of Progressive Legal Solutions and has practised exclusively in family law since his call to the bar. His practice covers the full range of family law, with a focus on high-complexity property litigation involving high-net-worth individuals and business owners, plus international parenting and child abduction matters. He articled at the Family Responsibility Office and continues to serve as an FRO panel lawyer, and he appears at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
