About Sahaub
Sahaub Missaghi co-founded HALO after building a civil litigation practice focused on personal injury, including motor vehicle accident claims, slip and falls, and other occupiers' liability matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, including four submissions to the BC Court of Appeal, and has conducted dozens of trials. He earned a B.A. in Political Science (High Honours) from the University of Saskatchewan and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Manitoba in 2008, was called to the BC bar in 2009, and started his own boutique practice in 2011. He is fluent in Farsi and conversant in Spanish.
