About Esther

Esther Leung is an associate in Richards Buell Sutton's Real Estate and Asia Pacific practice groups in Vancouver, providing counsel on acquisitions, sales, financing, refinancing, leasing, land development, and management. Before joining the firm she worked as a trainee and associate at international law firms in Hong Kong, then at a national Canadian firm handling securities, corporate, and real estate matters. She holds a J.D. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (2014), a P.C.L.L. from the same university (2015), and a B.Comm. from the University of British Columbia (2011), and was called to the bar in Hong Kong in 2017 and British Columbia in 2022. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
