About Erin

Erin Morgan is a partner at Thomas Gold Pettingill who joined the firm in 2016 and focuses her practice on representing insurers in liability and statutory accident benefits claims, including priority disputes. She has represented clients before the Licence Appeal Tribunal and the former Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and her earlier background in plaintiff personal injury litigation gives her a broader perspective on these cases. Her work includes defending claims for income replacement and medical benefits and arguing limitation period issues. Erin holds a J.D. with honours from Bond University and an LL.M. from the University of Toronto, along with an honours B.A. from Queen's University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2012.
