About Erin

Erin is a partner at Epstein Cole whose family law practice covers child and spousal support, property division, complex business and pension issues, and high-conflict parenting disputes. She also acts in child protection cases and sits as a panel member of the Office of the Children's Lawyer, drawing on her earlier experience as a children's lawyer to inform a child-focused approach. Erin has argued cases at every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and regularly appears in mediations and arbitrations. She also offers parenting mediation services to help separating parents resolve disputes efficiently. An appointed Dispute Resolution Officer for the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto, she sits part-time on the Legal Aid Ontario Board of Directors and presents for the Ministry of the Attorney General's Mandatory Information Program. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2009 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010.
