About Eric

Eric Turkienicz is a partner at McCague Borlack practicing civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on construction law, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, contract disputes, subrogation, tort liability, and debt recovery and collections. He has appeared before courts at all levels in Ontario and other provinces, and co-chairs the firm's Construction and Infrastructure and Debt Recovery and Collections practice areas. Before joining McCague Borlack, he articled and worked as an associate with the Honourable Ed Morgan prior to his appointment to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He was called to the bar in 2011 and holds a JD from the University of Toronto and an honours BA from the University of Western Ontario.
