About Eric

Eric is a senior civil and commercial litigation lawyer who handles business, property and contract disputes, debt collection matters including foreclosure, priority disputes and insolvency, and personal injury claims. He has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia and regularly appears in Supreme Court chambers on collection matters, acting for injured parties, defendants and insurers on occupier liability, slip and fall, and motor vehicle accident claims. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan. He is a former President and six-year board member of the Kelowna Bar Association, has chaired the CBABC Professional Issues Committee, and co-founded the CBABC Okanagan Civil Litigation section.
