Robert Farmer is a partner based in the firm's Toronto office, focusing on banking, investment and financial services, real estate, corporate commercial and M&A transactions. He acts for several of the largest financial institutions in Canada and both Canadian and US-based lenders on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions. His practice builds on extensive experience in finance and investment banking, including senior roles with Canada's largest bank and as head of a private investment fund.
