About Emma

Emma Harvey worked on-site during two multi-billion dollar construction projects, leading procurement contract negotiations and working with commercial teams on dispute resolution, before attending law school. Harvey earned a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University in 2017 and a B.A. from Simon Fraser University in 2012, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2018. The practice covers corporate and commercial matters, commercial and construction agreements, builders liens and construction claims. Harvey coordinated a national legal research initiative at Thompson Rivers University that assisted the Canadian Council for Refugees with a constitutional challenge, and is fluent in French with conversational Spanish.
