About Alec

Alec Lee earned a J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC in 2024 and previously worked as legal support and a temporary articling student at a major Vancouver law firm. Before law school, Lee operated a construction business for over a decade and holds a Bachelor of Music in Opera Performance from UBC (2018), with performance experience across North America and Europe. During law school Lee served as a judicial intern, headed a legal advice clinic serving Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking clients, and was a student union ombudsperson. Lee's practice background includes wills and estates, residential tenancy disputes and small claims construction matters, and Lee is fluent in Mandarin.
