About Alexia
Alexia Mpidi Bita holds an LL.B. in French-German law from the University of Toulouse 1 and the University of Mannheim (2014), an LL.M. in International and European Business Law from Trinity College Dublin (2015), and an LL.M. in Common Law from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC (2018). Called to the British Columbia bar in 2020, Mpidi Bita's practice covers construction dispute resolution, from small housing projects to major infrastructure work including transmission lines and pipelines, along with construction contract drafting and review and commercial business transactions. Mpidi Bita is active with the BC Roadbuilders Association and its Women in Road Builders committee, and is fluent in French and English.
