About Emma
Emma Brown grew up in Brantford, Ontario, spending many childhood summers in Norfolk County. She graduated with distinction from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Public Policy and a minor in Psychology, then earned her law degree from Western Law in June 2018. She began articling at MHN Lawyers that July, and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in June 2019. Brown's practice centers on family law, estate litigation and criminal law; she also serves as a Standing Agent for the Attorney General of Canada, prosecuting federal offences for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada. She volunteers in her community, supports local charities such as 100 Women Who Care, and sings with the Lynn Valley Voices.
